Insurance & Payment

• Initial Intake Session: $250

• Individual Therapy Session: $200

  Payment is due at the time of service.

  I accept select insurance plans: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Midlands Choice, United Health Care, Optum, and Medicare. Please note that insurance coverage varies by plan, so it’s important to check directly with your insurance provider to understand your benefits and any out-of-pocket costs. If you prefer not to use insurance or are out-of-network, private pay is available. Out-of-network clients are responsible for payment on the day of service and may seek reimbursement directly from their insurance provider.

  Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Late cancellations or reschedules (less than 24 hours) will incur a $100 fee.

• No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

  Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To provide quality care and accommodate all clients, I require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  Please note: Insurance does not cover missed or late-cancelled sessions. These fees are your responsibility and will be charged to your card on file on the day of your appointment.
