Insurance & Payment

• Initial Intake Session: $250

• Individual Therapy Session: $200

• Couples/Family Therapy Session: $200

  • Payment is due at the time of service.

  Insurances Accepted: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Iowa Total Care, Medicaid, Medicare, Midlands Choice, Molina, United Health Care, and Optum.

  Please note: insurance coverage varies by plan, so it’s important to check directly with your insurance provider to understand your benefits and any out-of-pocket costs. If you prefer not to use insurance or are out-of-network, private pay is available. Out-of-network clients are responsible for payment on the day of service and may seek reimbursement directly from their insurance provider.

  Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Late cancellations or reschedules (less than 24 hours) will incur a $100 fee.

• No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

  Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To provide quality care and accommodate all clients, I require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  Please note: Insurance does not cover missed or late-cancelled sessions. These fees are your responsibility and will be charged to your card on file on the day of your appointment.
