Megan is a therapist helping people ages 13+ cope with a variety of concerns. Some of the things she works with are, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, burnout, life transitions like retirement, graduation, divorce, moving, and more. She is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and comfortable sharing their experiences.

Megan has immediate availability and offers both Telehealth and in-person appointments. She offers in-person appointments at the Cedar Falls location on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Her hours generally include Monday-Thursday, 9-5 pm.

Laura Leadley

LMFT, CADC

Laura has over 20 years of experience. She specializes in couples counseling, family counseling, and substance abuse counseling. She has a CADC to work with people struggling with addiction (whether alcohol or drugs). She likes using different therapeutic approaches that fit with each person.

She provides both Telehealth and in-person services at our Cedar Falls location. Her hours include Monday-Thursday 8-5 pm and Fridays 8- 12 pm.

Sara Nolta

LMHC

With 14 years of clinical experience, Sara offers an eclectic, person-centered approach to mental health and substance abuse counseling for adults and adolescents (16+). She specializes in complex trauma and unique life transitions, utilizing EMDR therapy to help clients process deep-seated wounds. Sara's background includes specialized training in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders—focusing on both maternal and paternal mental health—as well as dedicated trauma work with Veterans. Additionally, she brings over a decade of experience assisting individuals navigating the Federal Bureau of Prisons and US probation, giving her a profound understanding of post-incarceration syndrome and the complex ways systemic experiences impact mental health. Whether meeting in person or virtually, Sara provides a warm, affirming, and non-judgmental space where all individuals can safely heal and grow.

Sara provides in-person sessions at our Cedar Falls location, and her hours generally include Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.  Sara also offers occasional evening appointments and is open to discussing later appointment times with clients who may need them.

With more than 20 years of experience in mental and behavioral health, Teresa brings a broad perspective to her work with clients. Throughout her career, she has worked with individuals navigating a variety of mental health concerns, life challenges, and complex circumstances. She works with a diverse range of ages and clients navigating life transitions, grief and loss, stress, burnout, trauma, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and more. Teresa is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and accepting space where clients feel truly comfortable being their authentic selves.

Teresa offers both in-person and Telehealth services at our Cedar Falls location. Her hours generally include Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. She is also open to discussing occasional evening or weekend appointments for clients who need additional scheduling flexibility.
